7月，“我的青春我做主——‘巨人杯’2010当代艺术院校大学生年度提名展”于今日美术馆揭开帷幕。“大学生提名展”始创于2006年，至今已成为广大艺术院校和青年艺术才俊大力支持的年度盛会.
期间，本次展览的学术主持徐累将作客今日艺术讲坛，通过对2010年大学生提名展的作品分析和整体判断，阐述本届艺术主持和策展人对当今艺术新人创作方向的认识和未来艺术走向的观望，在与大学生的互动交流中，探讨社会与艺术、传统与艺术、学院风格与艺术的话题。
徐累，1963年生于江苏南通。1984年毕业于南京艺术学院美术系中国画专业，至江苏省国画院从事专业创作和研究多年，一级美术师。现工作于中国艺术研究院创作研究中心，今日美术馆艺术总监，《经典》杂志主编。
“I CALL THE SHOTS OF MY YOUTH, Giant Cup Today National Art Students Annual Awards of Nomination 2010” was launched in Today Art Museum in July. Ever since the debut of this annual exhibition in 2006, it has now developed into a grand gathering of enormous group of young artists and art academies.
During the exhibition, we invite the academic director Xu Lei as the speaker to participate in the Today Art Platform Lecture Series. He will firstly analyze the selected works in the exhibition and give comments accordingly. Secondly, he will talk about his understanding about the orientation of the emerging artists as well as the prospects of art development. This lecture also includes intercommunion between the speaker and college students about relationships between society and art, convention and art, academic style and art respectively.
Xu Lei was born in 1963 in Nantong, Jiangsu province. He graduated from the Nanjing Arts Institute, majoring in Chinese Painting. He has worked for Jiang Su Chinese Painting College as a professional artist. Right now he works for China Art Academy Design and Research Center, Today Art Museum as Art Director, and as Chief Editor of the magazine Classic.
